Hello!  Thanks so much for coming to my site.  My name is Ed Laux.  I've been in sales and business development for 10+ years in the high tech industry. My current professional experiences to date have been at HackerOne Inc, LEAP Legal Software (Thompson Reuters), and currently at Figment Inc., a blockchain infrastructure provider. 

 

With all of that experience in high-growth startups, why would I want to make the leap into owning my own business via acquisition?  Two reasons primarily, autonomy and ultimate ownership of results, either positive or negative.  My thinking is simple:  I'm looking to take my success as a business development professional where I've learned to have a scrappy, get-it-done-by-any-means-necessary attitude into owning and operating a profitable small business.​
